The house build is now back on track. Yippee

We have also added our own version of Italian Porchetta to provide a smaller hog roast. Using our British Lop Pigs we bone and roll the pig, stuffing with garlic, rosemary and fennel.  The pig is then spit roasted. Delicious.

Talking Pigs, Christine is due to farrow in 10 days time, so beginning to look very big….time to get the pens cleaned, sterilised and to sort¬† out some heating
