As the nights get chillier, we adjust our menus to provide a warming and comforting meal. This year we hae perfected our Sussex version of pulled pork, which we serve with roasted vegtables and sourdough bread. Our local brewaries also provide some wonderful seasonal beers, a little heavier, but just what you need
