As the season drifts along, I often why Hog Roasts are a ‘summer thing’. In the cooler months and even colder winter, we can add lots of roasted vegetables to our Hog roast and can recreate that Sunday dinner experience. For the adventurous, we can use a mix of spices to give everything a little kick. Of course, we needn’t stick to Pork there is always spicy chicken, seasonal venison and game – You think of the meat and we can do the rest
