Bantam eggs set for March

Have set some  Bantam eggs today, they will hatch the 2 April 2012. The Cayunga ducks have started laying – strange to find a black egg! The Pekin ducklings are now feathering up and we can really hear the girls quacking.

Will be making some venison sausages this week in preparation for the Kids Kitchen restaurant on 28 March.
