Hog Roast and Ducklings

Here at Oakfield, we are becoming very busy. Our ducks are really enjoying the weather and are laying well – our first ducklings are hatching and we have set another 140 eggs. We have plenty of fertile eggs for sale.Despite the weather we have had several Lamb and Hog Roasts. The Ouch Bar at Brighton are a great bunch to work with – we roasted a half lamb and half pork – A very Heston moment!
