I am sure many people are concerned about what they are eating. Our pork is just that, pork, whilst our sausages have no more than 10% by weight of bread filler, simply to hold in moisture and flavour when cooking. I feel the need to shout = Buy fresh, buy local buy ‘Frocal’

Well despite the rather cold and damp weather we have had two new litters of piglets. Both our new sows – ‘two fat ladies’ have both had excellent litters. Building work is now ticking along….please stay dry.

The house build is now back on track. Yippee We have also added our own version of Italian Porchetta to provide a smaller hog roast.
